Brothers, money and murder – potent combination at the Old Red

Money from America is the next production at the Old Red Lion Theatre pub dealing with the themes of history and rivalry between brothers.

Jack Carey returns home to his Irish farm from America to stake his rightful claim as elder son – having subsidised his brother Lardy over the years – yet Lardy, having spent all his life with only his pig Molly for company, is less than willing to give way to change. Tempers flare, secrets are spilled along with beer and there’s a murder. Turns out things aren’t quite as simple as they look…
