With an extensive career background in property and Law, Dominic began working for the Morris family at the Business Design Centre - Europe’s first integrated trade and exhibition centre – in 1991. Starting on the property side, and then moving into exhibition sales and marketing, Dominic was perfectly placed to be appointed Chief Executive of the BDC in October 1999 with his extensive knowledge and experience of all aspects of the business.

In 2005 he was appointed Chief Executive of BDC parent company, the Business Design Centre Group, which has gone from strength to strength since then, being voted into the Sunday Times Top 100 best companies to work for in 2007.

He has been a director of ATCMG for five years – three of those as Chair.
