Paul Williams has worked in the property world exclusively in Islington since 1986 and has intimate and extensive knowledge of the market and the local trading environment.

He was managing director of Holden Matthews when it successfully merged with international property company Savills in 2005 and now, as a director of Savills, he is responsible for the Islington office and surrounding areas in North London.

Paul is a great champion of local businesses and wants to see the area improved to attract even more customers and enable them to retain their high calibre of staff. He has been a loyal supporter of both ATCMG and Angel BID, and an invaluable contributor to many charitable and arts based ventures in Islington.
